During my tenure at the National Commercial Bank, we successfully delivered a number of very important initiatives ranging from the Reorganizing our IT Departments based on IT Service Management Best Practices, Rollout of our Branch System to over 350 sites in the kingdom to setting-up our Intranet, Portal, Internet and B2B sites which include the various Bank Services and Saudi Arabia’s B2B Consortium.
