Planning Manager for Active Directory Deployment Planned for the logistics and deployment of the Active Directory Backbone network across the Kingdom in accordance to the Active Directory Design of the Bank.
Planning Manager for the Deployment of the New Branch System Planned and coordinated the deployment of the New Branch System Kingdom-wide to over 300 branches and offices. The new Branch system had a dependency on the Active Directory roll-out so the two implementation was properly coordinated.
Bank Representative for the Saudi Business to Business (SB2B) Consortium One of two representatives of the Bank to a committee represented by the top five (5) Banks in Saudi Arabia. Their objective was to put together the policies, procedures, infrastructure, company and digital marketplace for the Banks in Saudi Arabia.
Project Quality Manager for the Active Directory Migration Project Migration of our Network Infrastructure from a NT Domain based network to Active Directory. The project is in joint coordination Microsoft Consultancy Services and a third party vendor.

Project Quality Manager for the E-Brokerage Project Development of an E-Brokerage service in alliance with Pershing . This covers the entire infrastructure, even the evolvement of an E-Brokerage Department. Its a Bank service to provide web enabled capability to trade International stocks and local mutual funds.

Arranged for Site License Agreement with Microsoft -
Recommended and negotiated NCB's license (Application, System and Server
software) agreement with Microsoft that was a major milestone in our Banks
movement against software piracy. Part of the team that reassesses Large Account
Resellers for the License renewal.
Project Manager, 350 Local Area Network and Branch Application Installation - Managed the deployment of Local Area Network based Branch System on over 350 sites. This implementation brought our previously semi-automated branches into an era of on-line real-time transactions. My entire staff and I each received a plaque of appreciation (and bonus) from the owner of the Bank for the a job well done.
