Ensures that the ISO9001 certified quality process in our IT is up to standard and constantly reviewed for Operational Efficiency. Various Quality Awareness campaigns were launched upon receiving of my new assignment to review and enhance existing process in IT that garnered us the ISO9001 certification. Managed the TQM Campaign in IT. Project Managed the Implementation of Total Quality Management to two other Divisions by initially introducing them to ISO9000.
